Saint Margaret's Church

Beautiful, classical Christian church.

Below the castle is this ruined church and its very nice park with a fountain and water flowing in narrow canals. Very interesting design. There are beautiful views of the castle. Quiet, peaceful place.

Beautiful. Its designer was László Irsik Irsik. The tower of a one-nave, choir-like, 43 m long, 17 m wide tower is 41 m high. The Roman Catholic Church was renovated in 2002. Saint Margaret is a model of self-discipline and Christian love. The neo-baroque Margaret Church was completed in 1938 during the reign of Nándor Rott. József Mindszenty Bishop of Veszprém founded the church and raised it to the rank of parish church in 1944.
