We were in the sauna, unfortunately the pool area has been closed for a year and a half. I was very enthusiastic because I love to take a sauna and steam room is my favorite. Unfortunately, the steam cabin didn't work properly and there was a smell there and in the ice chamber. The walls are cloudy, the door handle of the terrace falls off, and there is hardly any way out. I'd expect more than $ 2500. What was positive for me is that since there are several smaller sauna cabins and they were barely open on Sunday afternoons, you can go out alone or chat so that you don't get bothered.

The couple bought a gift certificate before Christmas. He asked for the pool temperature during the payment. The seller "lady" indicated that she no longer had a pool. My couple immediately replied that in this case he was not asking because he would have bought it just for that reason. The answer: I've already hit the box office, you can't cancel. Dear colonia center! Is that really so? This is how I would like to ask for a formal answer, why? Look forward to their response! Thanks.
