We could hardly close our doors when we called the Lock Exchange one afternoon. The next day, a gentleman came out who professionally assessed the problems and outlined several options, explaining in detail what to choose. A professional, he quickly came out to replace the front door lock because the key was stuck in it and helped him choose a more secure lock. After a few days, the lock started to stutter again, as it later became clear from our faults, the debris became dusty due to debris removal and renovation. Within a few hours he still arrived, did it again, and asked for only a token amount for it. I can only recommend!
