Fresh: After the customer support email, I was able to go in and refund the price of the shoe. I simply do not understand why it is worthwhile for Deichmann to lose a 5-member, so far satisfied family among its regular customers. On August 24, 2019, we bought a pair of shoes that the kid started wearing when he started school. On September 28, 2019, we took it back because it split at the junction of the sole and the top, and was sent for re-gluing. On 07.10.2019 we were able to take over the repaired shoes. On October 19, 2019, we took it back because the bonded part had separated and noticed that the sole of both shoes was worn and cracked. Today I was able to get the "expert opinion" that it was tense, the child wore it without the corset strapped (we carried it in the laced condition as it was worn), and it was subjected to extreme abrasion and abrasion it is not planned. (= went to school for only 5 weeks). It seems to me that we got a template text, in principle we can go to have it examined by our own expert (about $ 9,000, the price of the shoes was $ 8,000). I also have my opinion about Cipőkontroll Plusz Kft ... But math doesn't come out. If the store were to return the purchase price now, it would be $ 8,000, but only for the next 6 months we would leave the family at least $ 50,000. On the other hand, he stays at $ 8,000 and, for example, loses the next 5-10 years of buying shoes for 5 people, not to mention that I'm going to spoil the chain. Why is it worth them ????

The one-month-old girl's boots slipped off. The child said they "did not use the shoes as intended". Managing the problem is less critical for the business manager. It repeats the same learned text as a robot. Only a problem free buyer is a good buyer. The manufacturing defective shoes do not even exist. Let me go to the conciliation body. I will never buy from this company again, especially at this store. I don't recommend it to anyone. They look stupid.

The sellers are kind and helpful! I join a lot of solos in front of me and after me ... The goods are bad. We bought Adidas shoes for the kid (for 15 thousand). He wore it for 5 days and then took it back because it clicked loudly. The seller just looked with big eyes..how is what ?? He tried and he heard it himself. Well, as usual..they checked it out and then came back to see if there was anything wrong with the shoe ... how interesting. Well, I'm not stopping here, I'm contacting consumer protection right now ... I'm looking forward to what's going to end. I will never buy anything here again!

$ 3,000 adidas shoes are under criticized after 3 weeks as it looks. Tested, improper use. It was good money for studying, but I would never go to business even in the area.
