Very clean & Well organized .. It has an indoor pool & all other needed facilities to enjoy & relax (Massage, Sauna, Steam, Gym, etc.) The massage treatment was affordable but below my expectations !! For the fitness room .. It is a bit of a small gym but very well-equipped .. Friendly staff and great service !!

My husband had been here because of some problems with neck and back knots! I'm sure the these are professionals since the person removed all the knots within one sitting. So grateful to you. Keep up the good work. I would definitely recommend this spa to any one who has had problems with hands, joints, knots sitting in front of computer or lifting something heavy. Moreover Budapest has reasonable rates for spa. Not too pricey. Thank you Kempinski.

This place was really amazing. 15 minute walk from Buda side, so you can basically get to anywhere you want to go (except the big bath house) in less than 20 minutes. Concierge was a life saver. Book everything through them, as the hotel is very respected by the businesses. When we made reservations through the hotel we were clearly treated different (better) and it is just easier. They know everything you need to know about doing things so take the time to ask them and talk to them. Rooms were great, with lots of nice treats like free chocolates, waters, and fresh fruit. There are cafes and restaurants in the hotel which are reasonable price wise (at least the cafe was). We did not do the buffet breakfast, because why eat in a hotel when you can do out and hit the town for local food! The staff were friendly and helpful, but they are booked up so if you are hoping to get a room before the checkin time, don't count on it. Call ahead if you need a room early to see if they can help you out.

The spa is average. It is clean, stylish and you get slippers, towel and dressing gown. But the water is not spa salty healing water just normal chlorine water cold 27°C. There are two saunas and one hammam which are definitely clean. Everything is beautiful but it is not worth 7000 HUF. There are many other healing Spas around Budapest for half a price.
