It was built between 1718-19 and from 1721 it was a parish. Registers: from 1722 onwards. History Domus: from 1959 onwards.

Nice church built in the first third of the 1700s. Its predecessor was set on fire by the Turks in 1688, along with the village, but it was rebuilt by the Jesuits. Renovation of the church began in the mid-1980s, with work being carried out in several stages. The new tower helmet was lifted into place in August 1998.
