Its construction began in 1829, consecrated on October 29, 1837 by the chaplain of Michael the Great. He was burned in a fire on September 5, 1843. It was rebuilt and consecrated on December 1, 1844 by Bishop Michael Bali. Then the pulpit, the crown, and the chair of Moses were made. In 1846, two bells were placed in the tower. On August 1, 1855, the red marble table carved by György Jámbor was handed over. In 1877 the organ and tower clock were completed. On September 1, 1908, the granulation of the tower was completed. In World War II, on September 10, 1944, he was hit hard The rebuilt church was inaugurated on September 7, 1947 by Bishop Elemér Győri of Transdanubia. The last renovation was in 2011-12.
