Also known as: Upper Town Great Church, shepherd's church, votive church. It was built between 1800-07 in Baroque, Classicist and Neo-Gothic style, rebuilding the Chapel of St. Sebastian, which was built after the plague of 1738-39 in memory of getting rid of the disease. (The vow was on January 20, 1739) Today's church is an extension and reconstruction of this chapel. The two towers were built in 1836. It has three bells, one weighing 802 kg (Lajos Juhász 1975 Verőce), one 422, and one 95 kg (Ferenc Walser 1924 Budapest).
