Pöszi Florist

Yesterday, I ordered a bouquet of flowers at the Pöszi florist with delivery to the site at 11 Mátrai út. below. When ordering by phone, I indicated which floor of the given address the flower should be taken to. This was undertaken by an employee of the store when the order was placed. It was weird that the address couldn’t be found and I had to navigate the delivery owner by phone. What was downright outrageous was that he refused to bring the flower to the apartment, but expected my 69-year-old mother to go downstairs for the flower. So that he knew nothing about the whole thing, since he received the flower for his birthday, as a surprise. To this I indicated that it must be taken up because my mother will not go down. The snap is that he didn't even pick it up after that, but gave it to a neighbor who was just walking there. Oh, and the delivery fee was 2200 HUF, while the shop and the apartment are 500 meters apart. This is the service! I do not recommend anyone to use this ...
