A Romanic church built on this ground in the middle ages and completely destroyed by the Turks after 1541 it was rebuilt (more or less after the original design) in the beginning of the 20th century

A unique old chapel on Margit-sziget (Margaret Island) in the heart of Budapest. The island itself is an awesome place where nature and man can meet leaving behind the buzz of the city. A lot of people go there all the year to spend a good time enjoying nature and each other's company.

A roman style church built centuries ago and destroyed throughly during ottoman times, its bell found in 1920 among the roots of a chestnut tree and ıt has been built stone by stone again in 1940. Its bell is now perhaps the oldest in europe. Nice church. Close to it there is a monastery ruin where you can see the tomb of Saint Margaret who died in 1250 and the island is called in the memory of her name.
