I can shop in every other Penny without any problems, but in the Rózsa Street store the shelves of discount products are regularly empty, there are serpentine lines at the checkout, you can’t find an employee to ask. In summary, this business is very below standard. I have to go to a more distant Penny regularly for the goods I wanted to buy after several attempts.
