This is the place we picked up our travelers cards. The staff was trying to be helpful, but it was very hard to understand them and VERY hot inside, even when it wasn't outside. They have plenty of maps and information if you don't know how to look it all up on your phone. Wouldn't have needed this place if everything was digital, but it's easy to find and right in the middle of everything.

The only place to get proper advice and the amazing 24h Budapest card - free travel, guided tours and entry to the museums. Very helpful staff.
