I took my jacket for a zipper change, in a few days I could go for it, they didn’t put in the kind of zipper I wanted, plus it was about 10cm shorter than my jacket. The style was unqualified in which they manifested and then said they could only return money. After that, they cut the pair of HUF zippers out of my jacket. I’ll never go there again, not even for a lousy key copy. From humanity, service, zero. By the way, looking from the outside is not very reassuring either ... Just keep going down the slope!

According to a preliminary phone contact, today I tried to replace three different zipper opening carts (for 500 forints each), but the service failed because it was offered instead, but I did not accept a much more expensive complete zipper replacement.
