Great customer service overall. They speak English, are extremely responsive (made delivery request through FB messenger), offered recommendations, and delivered to our door in about an hour. Great customer service experience overall. All these things together I feel can sometimes be difficult to find, especially from a foreigner’s perspective. They made our quarantine much easier to get through. Thank you.

Friendly and warm-hearted people. I contacted them through Facebook and ask for the storage about the medicines which I need. They are very patients and they are willing to noted my phone number to make sure that when the medicines arrived they can tell me instantly. All in all, nice service.
