The lady misunderstood(?) what I wanted and I unknowingly ended up with a different treatment (mask) thay cost more than what I asked for, and I still had to pay for it. Also she didn't wear a mask during the treatment, which is not risk free during this covid-19 pandemic .

I booked an appointment for back massage, and when I showed up they said I don’t have an appointment even though I have showed them a screenshot of the booking
