I didn’t write the December buck for the first time when we asked for delivery at a net waiter, they were 1.5 hours late compared to the forecast and only a couple of my orders arrived. I had to wait another half hour for mine, so I could eat 3 hours after ordering. We received a gift, but we still missed an order for the dessert we paid for !!! No problem, they just got another chance. More than a day before my order, I requested two 5-person roast bowls for 2 hours at the latest. Of course they were late. I called the lady where they are, who taught me that they only have two couriers and be patient, my order is ready, they will bring it sometime. And how many of their orders have fallen by now. When asked if the newly fallen orders must have all arrived before mine, I just got a haggle that of course. My question of why he picked up mine then was no longer answered. We received the full cold food with a delay of 1 hour, for almost 30 thousand forints. My question is: why do we keep such a phlegm company when regular restaurants are struggling during a pandemic? My advice: Avoid everyone in a big arc, quantity is at the expense of quality ...

On the 24th of December I tendered three bowls for three people, it was announced they could deliver it in 2 times, we agreed on 15 hours 15 minutes. At 1:50 p.m. I thought the information was correct, because I would have liked it later, of course it wouldn't have been a problem, but at 20 o'clock the ordered dish was nowhere to be found, the company disappeared on Facebook in an interesting way, the phone was not picked up, mobile) was off. Now, December 25, there are 10:15 a.m., no public apology, no substantive information. According to the facebook call, a technical error has occurred. I don't doubt that, but in my opinion it wasn't just the problem ... The company has been completely incorrect, a huge disappointment and a problem for so many families, I will never order from here again, but I will not put my foot in such a company and I am not surprised that I am not alone with that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! This company Do not regret, make excuses, do not even try to compensate, there is nothing because! 12/27/2020 daily supplement: The Hirös Grill Restaurant took note of the delivery due to the "technical" problem with a template text, they didn't even force themselves, but they sent it to everyone as an apology. Well, NO SORRY !!! Lack of communication and information is what was the most problematic, that's what they come up with with this template text ... Disgusting and outrageous, I avoid the company and the owner's other business from afar ... I DO NOT HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE !!!

Dear Famous Grill, I would like to explain in a few words why and what I gave the 3-star rating to: We ordered a fried bowl by Dec 24, by 11:15 it was discussed that it would be ready. Instead, I got it at 12:50 and then after standing in line for 2 hours. In fact, I could still be glad I got sg at all, against many other leeches who were left without food on Christmas Eve. The problem is I didn’t get any information, about 40 of us lined up for pre-ordered food without knowing why the wait. Maybe I would have taken it with a good name if we could have heard a glass of hot tea and a few words about what happened, what to expect. Of course, I still waited my turn, I was forced. With a bad taste, sullen, hungry, he left his mark on the Christmas holidays.

On December 18, my mom ordered the roast dish on December 24 for 4 p.m. They called on the 24th to not arrive at 4pm because they were in a big slip and then only at 6am. My mom waited until 7, of course trying to reach them by phone, but it couldn’t. The roasting bowls did not arrive. Not a phone call or an apology, which would be the minimum in such a case. If they tell the first caller that he isn’t coming, maybe he could have resolved by the time his guests arrive. But even in problem management the restaurant is 0. I don’t understand that whoever took the order didn’t see through it all to totally overdo it. I would fire you right away. And it wasn't just us. My mom had a terribly unpleasant day and put her stamp all Christmas. Well thank you.
