Kápolna

South of Csoma, at the junction of the Kapos Plain and the forested feet of the Csoma vineyard, stands the Chapel of Our Lady, whose well-known name - Jókút Chapel - comes from the name of a spring near it. The small chapel was built not too long ago, in 1946, on the site of an old wooden chapel. This wooden chapel was a deeply revered place of pilgrimage among the locals (Csoma, Szabadi, Attala), and this tradition remained even after the establishment of the new chapel. Due to its small size and the number of believers, the chapel actually serves only as a sanctuary, and the faithful take a seat in front of it, outdoors, during the services.
