Service was a big zero, phlegm instead of help gave me arrogant guidance!

So far - for about 20 years now - I have been here regularly ..... but last time I received briefings instead of help, even though I didn't ask for it .... my request wasn't too complicated ...... besides, the pharmacist's attitude was artificial. it seemed, though his colleague knew a week earlier what he didn’t want! That's why I deleted four stars. (At the other pharmacy nearby, they knew right away what I needed. They didn't even ask. It's a little further away, but I'll be there from now on ....)

There are always many ... they couldn't help.
