My Lake Hotel

Positive: Delicious, rich buffet breakfast, pool, jacuzzi and own quiet beach and pier, nice staff. Bicycles and canoes can be rented, parking in front of the gate is free. Dog friendly hotel! Disadvantage: Unfortunately, the air conditioner does not support the full capacity, we had to restart the system several times in 3 days (fortunately we were only affected by one such error). The windows could not be opened properly from the curtain. The terrace wasn't too big, "at arm's length" was just a fence of bushes with vegetation and the garden furniture on it was dirty. The room has a modern curtain / pillowcase, etc. but furniture has been less. A fresh painting would be good. In the bath, one of the corners of the shower cabin was already rusty and sometimes smelled of sewers. Overall, we expected more from him at a price like this.

Very kind staff! The room was clean and breakfast was okay. Large garden with many sun beds. Bad: The shower tray was very flowing in the bath. In the morning, a brutal cesspool flooded the room. Respectively, the pier wasn't something safe either, it was very neglected and it would be very nice!

The evaluation is due to be contacted on the day of booking with the problem that we cannot occupy our room because a pipe break has occurred and no other room can be provided in the hotel. The operator (service4you), on the other hand, definitely gets the 5 stars for finding a solution to end our holiday with a positive outcome.

Very nice place, good service, nice staff. Private beach. What more is needed? 😀

We were very pleased with everything. We have a puppy family member, which is why we take it with us almost always. It was important for us to find accommodation that was dog friendly. This hotel is 100% dog friendly. I could take it to the lake shore and it didn't bother anyone to sausage without a leash :) Clean accommodation, nice staff, beautiful panorama. It has become our favorite place on Lake Balaton, we are sure to go here on holiday next year! :)
