For the first time, they cut my hair exactly to the shape I wanted and it ended up healthy for months. Even though they work at two to three times the price of other hairdressers, I was very pleased. For the second time, I was just as disappointed: I had to wait 1.5 hours from the time I received, it was closed. I think that's why they were in a hurry, they were already tired, but that's no excuse, because they asked for the price. One of them looked at what kind of hair I wanted, and then, according to him, the other one cut it, so of course it was nowhere near what I wanted. What’s worse is that even though I asked him to cut from the end what he needed, it didn’t materialize and after a month it ended up as if I hadn’t been to a hairdresser in months. He didn't use any special "hairdressing techniques" while cutting, he just combed and cut off the end, that's all. So the first time I would rate it 5, but my second and last visit there would be 1 star.
