TLDR; Good idea implemented in a not so good way. It's a very cozy place but despite being brand new it looks like it wasn't really planned with care. When or how the electric locks close was a mystery and they are annoyingly loud and slow. Writing rules and guidelines on the wall is a good idea unless they make no sense, like "turns off the lights after you leave" when the light switch is automatic. I also discovered my favourite rule so far in a touristic center: "you're not allowed to bring your own food in the area of the center" - as explained by the receptionist or "you're not allowed to consume your own food" - as explained by the rulebook. Either way luckily they didn't seem to care.

It has been renovated in 2016 so it looks very nice, there is a Cafe with moderate prices where one can easily refresh themselves.

I went from the Galya lookout tower in the blue to Piszkéstető and this beautifully located small church, which was originally built for tourists who spent a long time here, was on its way. It was open and you could only go in, which is a very nice thing in Hungarian!

Beautiful

It was built along with Nagyszálló to serve the spiritual needs of the holidaymakers. It was ordained on 8 September 1941 in honor of the Madonna of Hungarians. Gyula Jankó designed an architect, its material is a mature, unblemished stone. His glass windows (Sztóhló Lilli's works) summon the Gothic. His designation shows that Kodály's spirit has also determined the building. Not only did she often turn her around, but she said herself funnyly to Galy's assistant chant. 1941-42 telly filled with Galyatető's most beautiful church work, the Quiet Mass.
