A very well functioning company. Perfect preparation of applicants for subsequent work processes. The first week consists mainly of classroom education, preparation, which is paid in the same way as the hours spent at work later! After that, the training in the workroom begins. Each staff member helps at any time, in addition to the seconded mentor, just like the top managers as well as the simplest minions. With great patience and all loud words, reprimand free. I can only say good things! Thanks to everyone who worked there for their help!

Last year I worked for them for 3 months, I thought in a factory visit I looked again at what came out of the place. On the porch was a porter, but as soon as I walked into the waiting room, and as a new record I expected HR, it turned out that 90% of the people there were not taught to say hello. There were ridiculous, silly people, mixed workers and clerks. He came from HR, at least he was greeted. He held a small factory presentation (enough lame was poor) then came a laughing test. 1.9 + 0.2. There were those who did not even have this complicated addition. Then I was shocked to see that gentleman came from this place for good! In this complicated summation test, they did not go back to 4, they could go home. Then came a factory visit. Half of the thermos moved to Portugal. In one corner PDS production line went. In the back where I worked 12 o'clock in the morning, the workers were working, most of the machines did not work. He was barely familiar, my entire team was gone. The place was very rough. When I was in 5 + 2 shift I worked 8 hours. There was a factory visit, the second shock and the interview came. I got into a fat stupid goose. I knew there were only women in 8 hours, so I can only record if I take the 12 hours with a girlfriend, of course. The company does not hire anyone to work as a staff member, we're still in the middle of it. The payment bid was ridiculous. After the interview, the results came. I got three people who took 12 and I went home thanks to God. I wish them a lot of success, I hope they stay there for at least 1 week. :) This is a terrible Borgwarner Emission. They completely downgrade the company. I do not recommend anybody to the place. I honestly say that I have not been involved in such deeds in an unfriendly place.
