Old equipment, no clima. Bed unconfortable, remember more than 50 000 heavy guests....
We just ate in the Restaurant. Was nice, didn't expect that.
Closed. It won't even open.
We requested a superior room. Very spacious cleanliness was no problem, but the bed was. Useless lying mattress !! ! We went to rest with a back pain, left with sleeplessness. Our little girl was provided with a traveling bed. In the room, the distance between the lamp and the floor about 170cm, my partner repeatedly beat his head. The wellness section was good, the water was a bit cold. Breakfast / dinner delicious, delicious, plentiful. The staff is very kind and understanding. Family friendly place! We would go back if the bed was okay.
Our hotel room was not cleaned for 5 days. The steam cabin in the wellness section did not work for 1 day. The jacuzzi's water was dirty. The quality of the food, by contrast, was very good. Breakfast was always delicious.
