Great for a family weekend .
Gorgeous views and apparently you can spend the night on the top.
hearty hike from Csákányos puszta from road 100 - especially with a child, after rain. In the direction of the Maria Gorge, the road to the forest cemetery is longer, but the ascent is milder - the winding forest path with many huge fallen trees is nice - down the shorter steeper road we all fell on a muddy path rivaling the skating rink by the time we reached it.
The lookout is located in a clearing at the top of the hill - in humid conditions it offers a beautiful view in all directions, but in stormy winter time it is advisable to get dressed, because then the cold wind penetrates to the bone at the top, which is not felt in the forest.
The view in the direction of Tatabány is wonderful. Well maintained wooden lookout. Nothing special.
It's not too far from us so we do the whole tour on foot, on average 8km 3-4 hours depends on the weather, 2 times we almost never go on the same route
We had a good wind to the lookout in some places, but thanks to that a nice view above us
