It would be nice if the employees of the company were excluded from expressing an opinion! Probably the least to be kind, helpful! The weakest is the website, not the employees. Why aren't invoices available from the website, why can't I settle them from the website? All the other providers used to solve this, only this unfortunate waterworks is incapable of doing so. If you're a little late with paying your bill, I'll get the aggressive protest letter! So for that, a little bit of the one star I gave you.

A month after his payment, the summons was sent out, threatening with all sorts of legal possibilities, and then after the complaint, his payment was not checked, but again in a threatening-sounding letter, the head of the recovery department called. Needless to say, after writing my letter, the prompt arrived within an hour, but the apology letter has not since. I think admitting mistakes is not part of the service.
