Why aren't invoices available from the website, why can't I settle them from the website? All the other providers used to solve this, only this unfortunate waterworks is incapable of doing so. If you're a little late with paying your bill, I'll get the aggressive protest letter! So for that, a little bit of the one star I gave you.

A month after his payment, the summons was sent out, threatening with all sorts of legal possibilities, and then after the complaint, his payment was not checked, but again in a threatening-sounding letter, the head of the recovery department called. Needless to say, after writing my letter, the prompt arrived within an hour, but the apology letter has not since. I think admitting mistakes is not part of the service.
