Nowadays, it is rare for a customer service to be treated so kindly and helpfully.
Great place!
Personal reception is paused. There are only automatic menu items on the phone, you can't talk to anyone. They will not reply to this email weeks later. So how can they be achieved? Why are they? Bezzeg if a penalty is to be paid, it will be dealt with immediately.

This is the first time I have been here in person, walking across one of the streets. The address door shows the customer service on the back of the building complex. I walked there without a car, but the customer service lady indicated h could drive in - and park it by car. I'm writing this to let others know before you arrive .. hope help 😊
