It's always a nice place. It's just such a thing. They were baptized here, this was my wedding.

The church is very spectacular, because in addition to being beautifully renovated, it stands on a hill, so my great is spectacular!

It is located in a well-kept environment. THE PARISH CHURCH OF SZENT GYÖRGY Mecseknádasd: In 1719 the faithful used the smaller St. Stephen's Church in the upper village as a parish church. The new church was built in the time of Nikolaus (Miklós) Pfeiffer, one of the parish's important parishioners, with the support of the village's owner, Bishop György Klimó of Pécs, so the church received its title from the patron saint of the bishop, St. George the Martyr. Between 10 years (1760-1770) passed between the laying and consecration of the foundation stone of the church. A single-nave church with a facade tower built in the Baroque style. The sanctuary has a semicircular closure and has three arch sections. The church has a total of four altars, three Baroque and II. placed after the Vatican Council. "face altar". The creator of the three high-quality Baroque altarpieces was the famous Viennese painter, Capuchin Johann Baumgartner. Unfortunately, the pictures are in very poor condition, as they have not been restored since they were painted. They won’t be in the foreseeable future, as the cost of this is so great that such a small community can’t fund it. Unfortunately, the church cannot be visited outside of liturgical times.

The foundation stone of the church was built in 1760 and its dedication was made in 1770. One-sided, facade tower built in Baroque style. There are four altars, three baroque-era, and an eye-catching altar placed after the IIvatican Council (October 11-1965, 1962). The main altar depicts St. George's martyrdom.

A beautiful beautiful church, in an orderly and beautiful environment, defines the view of Mecseknádasd
