The Óbánya valley with its waterfalls and so-called dripping stones sits along the Blue National Trail in Hungary and is definitely worth a proper visit, whether you are hiking along or not. As a hiker you follow the stream for several kilometres as it dips into clear pools, rushes over waterfalls and leads you to the beautiful village of Óbánya. This area of Hungary has a lot to offer, with nature that is unrivalled: an enchanting stream, ancient trees and scores of small hollowed out caverns along the way.
