The promotions are very good here! With the Rossmann card, they give a 10% discount on the total amount of the purchase 🙂

They are attentive, helpful. There weren't many around noon.

Dear Rossmann! I was immeasurably disappointed in the store I loved. So far I have not had any complaints about the business, because things are of good quality, they are relatively cheap, at special prices. But today this has changed and I was deeply disappointed thanks to a nice employee named Simonetta. The following happened: I handed over my Rossmann card but "forgot" to ask if he could deduct the 10% and then as a subsequent complaint he even stood up and was outraged..saying that they didn't have to ask for half a year.. never before I had such a problem as I buy there at least 1x every month and have always asked for my card so far and have deducted 10%. Plus, the 33% domestos toilet flush I won on the app accounted for (I don’t know how) deducted 10% for something instead of 33%.
