Immediately he started accusing that he must have opened it and so we want to replace it with another one, well this sudden attack is very thought-provoking, I think I accuse the pharmacist lady myself that they are the ones who pinch me off the product for free, so how bad? ! Unfortunately, in the current pandemic situation, the honorable lady would have had the task of replacing the defective product, signaling this problem to her superior and not humiliating anyone, as unfortunately in this lady she showed no willingness or returned the exchange, I think he is making a huge mistake with this, and he kept telling my colleague, "what should we do? Well, I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, not only for the sake of respect for human dignity, because I have seen very big shortcomings.
