A good dormitory is like a good home where a student can "go home," with a family atmosphere where the teacher is the motivating parent. To accomplish this, the leader teachers organize the children's learning order as follows: - compulsory learning time (silence), coaching, lesson checking, liaising with school classmates and specialist teachers. - They can use the library, the IT classroom as well as the gym and club rooms to supplement their school education and to spend useful and meaningful leisure time.
