We organized a team-building in this location for a 50+ group and I personally had the worst experience of my life. I do NOT recommend this location under any circumstances!!! First of all, even though we asked multiple times if the sports courts were all to decent standards they assured us that they were.( THE COURTS being the only reason the company chose the place) When we got there, every court ( tennis, soccer, volleyball) were full of dirt, under 1 cm of water and minimally maintained. The pool table is broken down, with dust all over the place. The electricity fell at least 10 times in a single weekend. On our last day, we actually had to wait together with 50 people an almost 2 hour delay for the food after physically demanding activities even though we had a stable schedule. 1. the food was bad, and the whole restaurant was infested by flies. No measures were taken whatsoever. 2. personnel have little to no experience in handling conflictual situations or any problems for that matter ( customer experience is a foreign concept for the ownership of this place) 3. the rooms are very poorly done. the walls are so thin I could hear without any problem the whispering of the next door neighbor This is not acceptable for a location which won a ~50 million forint sponsorship from eu funding. it should be closed down immediately.

It was under criticism, there was hardly anything in the room and it was stinking. The staff is completely incompetent. Just about half of the programs listed can be implemented.

Not a bad place! It is suitable for relaxation, but the wellness part consists of outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, which is always good! The first day of the meal was delicious 2nd day we got an inedible greasy spaghetti! Day 2 we were able to use the jacuzzi because there were only a couple outside of us!

Announcing as a hotel ... Deceptive images did not return their beauty early when we arrived. The receptionist could not find our booking until we took a look around. The small room, the swimming pool has a magnificent size, but it could not be seen at the bottom so dirty, the washbasin looked like the previous usage trace, the restaurant was closed when we announced at the reception that we decided not to leave the lady uninterested, no longer he wanted to deal with us.
