Unfortunately we didn't get nearly the bouquet and flower arrangement I ordered! Obviously, the customer is aware that this is mostly an illustration of an image advertised on the Internet, but he expects it to be somewhat similar to it. Well, our bouquet was as far from what was ordered as Mako was from Jerusalem. And the only icing on the cake is that we got the bouquet from the florist on 3 streets with a delivery fee of 2500ft ... If I wanted to order from the local florist, I would have ordered it from there. I contacted customer service within a few hours but they showed zero flexibility!

Beautiful, very fresh flowers were sent, exactly at the time of the order, the lady on the phone was super nice too.

On Mother’s Day, we received a beautiful bouquet of tulips. Precise, kind, fast. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!
