Városlődi kálvária

The beautiful environment has recently become the scene of weddings. mainly young people arrive from remote areas (Budapest).

In 2015 we were guests of Bakonyjákó Forrás Vendégház. Our group of friends visited Calvary during the excursion of the Forrás Vendégház with a small train, which is a very pleasant memory. Nice environment with a good company.

Beautifully maintained chapel and Calvary mountain.

The first appearance of the Calvary, known to us, is found on the map material of the first military survey of the 2nd József Age (1784). Extension with the stations and the chapel was decided by the believers in 1836 even after the collapse of cholera, which took many sacrifices, but the implementation was expected until 1850. By the summer of 1859, the stations and the chapel were completed.
