Crown Hotel

Good prices, nice location, lovely pool and generally nice atmosphere. Rooms need better shades and/or shutters.

We went here traveling trough searching for a place on the Balaton. All hotels where booked so we ended up here. Although the rooms where clean it wasn’t value for money. Lower the prices to under 80 euros a night. Wouldn’t recommend this one.

A hotel that hasn't seen an update since the 80s (or maybe 70s). The rooms are adequate but below standard (we had 3 rooms), the breakfast was good (the coffee however was horrible), and the restaurant served decent dinner entrees. The staff was very helpful and nice. It has games for the kids, a trampoline, and a large pool (not heated). The lake is 5 min and the golden shore is about 25 min walk. This hotel is much cleaner and better than some on the Golden Shore. A huge plus is that it had AC and free Wifi. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Great personel, with a great kitchen. The hotel itself is a bit spartan, but still worth its price. We had a nice holiday 😊

I got rash over my whole body of bed bugs. So they doesn't clean there sheets good enough. The looks of the hotel is also very bad.
