The worst experience in house renting in my life. When we arrive to take the keys, they told us lie story, and gave us another different house which we had not rented. The house we had rented it was being used by other family... Awesome...

Deplorable treatment. We went to their location to pick up the keys and they told us a lie about some water cut off and gave us another house much further. They didn´t even call before or send an e-mail. Later we found out they had given the house we booked to another people. Nothing like that ever happened to me before.

Everything was dirty, one of the pillows was bloody too. All the linens are very smelly.

This is the second time we have arranged our holiday through the holiday home. Very fair fast administration. Their presence provides security from booking to travel and the end of the holiday. It was reassuring to be available by phone at any time. We were very satisfied with the services of the travel agency. Thank You.

I was very pleased with the travel agency staff both at home and abroad! The booking and the apartment there went smoothly. Everyone was helpful and kind! We spent several times with Hliday office !! Thanks for the good work !!
