Do not recommend! They are truly unprofessional, their customer service is a joke. Their flats are dirty. In the first flat there was mould in the bathroom, what they could not remove, so we asked for a replacement. The next day they told us, that it's not enough reason to find us another flat. The unhealty mould is not enough reason! (Not to mention that I am pregnant, and our son is one and a half year old.) After 3 hours of negotiation, finally they found us another one, but it wasn't a whole apartment what we've originally booked, but a semi-detached house, so we were suffering a lot because of the neighbours. They neither have said a sorry, nor offered us a refund. It was a nightmare... Never book an apartment at Novasol!

on the occasion of Croatia we booked our holiday through Novasol. Arriving at the hotel asked for a deposit in euros, which was not listed anywhere. The landlord was an elderly couple, we clarified the deposit with them in two languages ​​(!!!) and that 80 euros will be refunded only if everything is in order, otherwise they will be charged for cleaning. Evidently, after leaving the accommodation, we tidied, bedded, cleaned and left the accommodation in the condition we would like us to wait for. Then it turns back only € 120 euro deposit on the 200th Even after a lengthy argument, the landlords refused to refund the price of the cleaning, which was otherwise free of charge. Since both parties referred to novasol, we called the Siófok office, but the phone was not answered even after long rushes and repeated attempts. So we wrote a paper withheld amount and we left. On the way home, although we did not respond to our inquiries and calls, we continued to reach the office and ask the novasol to remedy our problem. 2 months later, our request was denied, claiming that we did not report our issue in a timely manner. I don't recommend it to anyone!

In Croatia, we spent a holiday with a large family in an apartment on the island of Rab. The holiday was superb, the accommodation solid but okay until the day we left. We were strange at the beginning asking for a deposit, but the owner assured us that we would get our money back. However, upon departure, 80 euros were automatically charged for cleaning, although the contract stated that it was free. We immediately complained to the brokerage firm, but unfortunately they were not helpful. I would not recommend Novasol to anyone and the accommodation on the island should be booked with great care !!!!

During our booking in Croatia, we did not include a quote on the spot at the offer and were asked to pay us in Euro. Our complaint was rejected. Not a good company.
