Its foundation stone was laid down on July 2, 1800, and was consecrated on October 5, 1806. Its style is classicizing late Baroque. Its tower is 43 meters high. Its main altar depicting the Assumption of the Virgin Mary was made in the 18th century. It has three bells: -310 kg Assumption, cast in Budapest in 1922. -105 kg Saint Joseph, 1922 Budapest. -40kg Spirit bell, poured in 1820 by Franciscus Miller in Buda. The big bell at noon and the masses speak for half an hour, but before the Mass and at the departure of the dead, all three.
