I was very disappointed with one of the serving women. After selecting the flowers, the lady asked questions about my preference for the bouquet. I wasn’t in a decision-making mood, so I trusted her. To this remark was a phlegmatic “oh well tie this up” call and passed it on to the other colleague. At the payment, he again made an offensive remark out loud so he could hear well on the way out. It is not possible to pay by card in the store (I note this has already been resolved in many places due to the virus situation) so what I had in cash was just covering the bouquet. The difference was HUF 30, which of course I did not ask for back. I didn’t mean that as a tip, but as I mentioned, I didn’t have more than a little more or two. Is the comment “you hear 30 HUF” for this? volt. I have no obligation to leave anything at all, as flower prices are set to include benefits! On the other hand, jerk is not the key to success! By the way, I didn't even get a block of the flower .... Next time we will definitely not go there! There are other places where they are happy to be open during a pandemic and appreciate incoming customers, even without a tip!

Proportionate, fair !!! True, I rarely walk, but they always smile, and the service, the helpfulness, is always of MAXIMUM QUALITY !!!!! 👍
