The bus driver did not allow me to take my hand luggage to the cabin, which had no problem on the previous road, while there was no problem with other packages of similar size. When I signaled it, he shrugged with noble simplicity. According to the Business Rules, if hand luggage does not cause discomfort, it can be picked up. Mine wouldn't have caused it because I could have put it in my lap or on the trunk above the seats. Unfortunately, the bus driver's not-so-friendly style and this inconsistent attitude is a very bad first experience with the CCC. And it was just "foam on the cake" that the "free wifi" service advertised on the bus stickers didn't work at all.
