I didn't have to wait much, but unfortunately I wrote down my AZ address and I couldn't fix it, so now another person will be notified when my person, who also has the same name as me, is done. It is outrageous that a census form cannot be issued without queuing, placed in the area of the government window for anyone to take, or printed for myself from the website. 30 people are queuing up to request a form, which they can bring back so they can queue up again.

Today is Thursday, the Government Window is open from 7 am, I call them from 7.10 continuously now 7.43 !!! Would anyone tell me what's going on here, why don't they pick up the phone ???
