The Serbian Orthodox Church, with its various style features, was erected in 1727 by the Serbian Orthodox community in Győr. The special value of the church is the braid-framed iconostasis and the row of benches that are also braid-style. Instead of the former baroque gate, the basket-arched gate opening is filled with a modern two-leaf iron gate. Old tombstones can be seen in the church garden. Since the XIX. By the end of the 19th century, the Greek Orthodox Serbian believers were largely extinct, the property of the Serbian parish had been nationalized, and since the Rákosi era, the Rác Church had stood alone for a long time. Eventually, the city management decided to somehow utilize the building. Originally, it was intended to be a house of culture, but eventually, at the request of the Greek Catholics, the Serbian Orthodox Church handed over the church to the Greek Catholic Parish in Győr in 1997, which still holds its ceremonies here. In 1995, the church, along with the rectory, was renovated.
