It’s ridiculous that they ask for money for this couple of photos. It should be written at the entrance that the museum is under renovation, not open to the public! Disappointment and misleading! That's why I wouldn't have exchanged tickets. This is not a treasury ... Congratulations to the Management, pat them on the shoulder!

György Széchényi, Bishop of Győr, later the archbishop of Esztergom, belongs to the series of constructions. Great Seminary Building 1688. In 1992, the diocesan treasury and library were located here. The latter also contains Corvinas as well as ancient prints. Here is preserved the Zalka antiphonal made in the second half of the 15th century, an ornate collection of notes sung during ecclesiastical ceremonies with notes. Outstanding among the treasury's values ​​is the ivory triptych made in Paris in the middle of the 14th century. Bishop's bottle of Bishop Bornemisza, sanctuary of August the Baptist from 1701. The Zichy collection, which contains liturgical objects donated to the bishop by Maria Theresa, is treated as a separate unit. The chapel of St. Ladislaus of the cathedral preserves the hermitage of St. Ladislaus, a masterpiece of European goldsmith art and one of the most significant Hungarian ecclesiastical and artistic monuments, made and remodeled on the occasion of the consecration of King Ladislaus (1077 - 1095) at the turn of the 12th and 13th centuries.
