Conference Hotel

Extremely old hotel, old furniture, in room No. 16 horrible smelly bathroom. Breakfast, if you come at 8am, is good. But when you come at 9am, you find only remains of food. The staff during the breakfast is missing or is elsewhere. Tables/tables-cloths were with lot of stains and sticky... During our visit right behind the window was construction, so from 7am very very very noisy. Very positive in room cheap minibar, cleanliness of the room, reception staff very helpful, great location and parking at the hotel.

Terrible place. Dirty , old design rooms. Was not hot water in the bath room. The breakfast was horrible quality. Never come back again.

Nice hotel in the city centre. Clean big room was very comfortable for two adults and two kids. Two toilets at room. Swimming pool with too much chlorine water. Breakfast tasty, but fruits and vegetables not very fresh.

Great location in the centre of historical town, friendly staff, very good breakfast, but the hotel has its Best Times behind. Cleaning was not so good As I would expected.

From the first moment there, the staff didn't seem to be very friendly. The cleaning ladies were sitting in the hallway while on their phones. We were a group of three people and there were only two bath towels and I got a face towel. So I told the receptionist, she sent a cleaning lady and I guess what I got. A completely soaked, wet towel....great. Also the room wasn't even cleaned before we came. There was dust everywhere and I found crumbs on the table, the chairs and a cupboard underneath the TV. The breakfast was mediocre, nothing special. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. We were there quite early and had to wait, because they ran out of drinks and food (and we were there at 8:30). Then when the food finally came, it was so little, that it was gone in about 2 minutes. I didn't even get anything... We left our rooms at 11 o'clock and put the green sign out, so the cleaning staff would know, that they can come and empty our garbage cans and put out fresh towels. When we came back several hours later, the sign was suddenly turned around (so it showed the red side, where it said "do not disturb") and our rooms were not cleaned, our garbage cans were not emptied and we still got the same towels... Once again we told the receptionist about it but she didn't seem to care. I know that the work habits among young people is not that great but here it is really horrible! Even though the building is really nice and historic and the wellness area is great, I'll probably never stay here again. I can find a better hotel with a way better service for way less money!!!
