I was disappointed. I didn't get what I expected ...

I was maximum satisfied! My heart is for everyone

The place was wonderful, the dinner was Italian but the breakfast was simple. A lot of negative things made our travel experience worse, despite our expectations. Sequential extra time that had to be suffered on the way back and forth. The reason was that half of the passengers had to go to Gyöngyös, Miskolc, which could have been done with a shuttle to save time, so others saved it. Passengers said they knew shuttle was coming for them. They were surprised too. Therefore, those who were picked up in Transdanubia waited for us more than an hour. There were small bumps along the way, which the bus didn't rate favorably. So we reached our accommodation late at night. Of course, our host didn't like that much. I would emphasize that our host, escort and tour guide were helpful and did everything they could, despite the fact that a traveler caused trouble and inconvenience to everyone. With the hat down in front of them, I don't think they will get anything for it, because they are not "travel agent" employees. Another problem and outrage for everyone was that they wanted to ask for a service (the travel agency !!!) that was free for all rooms (air conditioning). Passengers therefore did not know whether to dare to use it in the hot weather. When we wanted to ask for a declaration from our taxpayer, we did not understand why. There were several contradictions: According to our information, the travel agent paid for the air conditioning in advance, but the host denied it. Some entrants would have cost less if age had been taken into account (child). Some entrants did not cost as much as they charged. Pricing is a bit vague. Some had a room that had no window. We learned this later on the way home. Overall, human greed is still ahead of the commercial view that the happy customer is coming back. From what I have heard during my trip, I think that most passengers will no longer contract this travel agency. Please understand that in today's world there are multilingual passengers who ask back. Too much saving does damage! I would end it with a sentence from an old Juszt Laci show (TV lawyer). DO NOT ALLOW TO TRY, FUCK, DAMAGE YOURSELF!

Use of reliable, precise organization, a wide range of information, characterized by excellent guides to the office. I wholeheartedly recommend it to people who are receptive to all cultures and love to travel!

I was in Prague on the way organized by the office. The tour guide was very prepared and attentive, the boat dinner was wonderful in Moldavia. I can only recommend!
