Beach Balatongyörök

Peaceful, still many programmes. Close to bigger towns. Can swim, ride a bike, hike in the mountains. I love it's atmosphere.

Too many People, problém with parking. Water little bit deeper, so parents can swim 😃

One of the best beaches in the western balaton area. Nicely maintained, and there are countless restaurants, bars and cafés (try “Party Csóka” there). We didn’t have to pay an entry fee (I guess because of the post-lockdown), so I don’t know the prices, but both the quality of the beach and the beautiful scenery makes it one of the best beaches I’ve visited so far in the area. Recommended!
