Babi Guest House

I stayed in this guesthouse 5 years ago, but at that time gmaps was not so popular with reviews. I have only good memories about my stay here, I booked on the internet and within one hour I was already there. The owner was waiting for me and I was alone in the whole guesthouse. My room was nice and clean, and I extended my stay for another day. The neighborhood is very quiet and it's a great place to stay in the proximity of Balaton Lake. I totally recommend this place and hope to come back one day.

+ nice modern accomodation in a quiet residential area + lot of space in the closets and shelves + comfy bed, even if a bit noisy due to its springs + super clean + great wifi speed + private fenced parking + friendly cuddly cat, at least... - professional but glacial hosts, I felt a nuisance more than a customer: the worst was when I asked if it was possible to wash my cloths (so I would stay longer), and she gave me the address of a laundry!!! I was the only guest, and I found a standard breakfast with a lot of things that I didn't eat... I tried the day before to talk about it, and the answer was "it's from 8 to 10", period. No other chances to have a minimal conversations with them, apart the initial talk with the owner about few places nearby. - no dimming curtains and no blinds - no hair-dryer - 5€ dog fee per day

Good return for the money. Nice, responsive & communicative crew. High quality, clean & modest.
