One of the defining symbols of Balatonfüred is the Catholic parish church, which rises above the city with two 35-meter towers. The locals call it the Red Church, which is made of Permian red stone found in the area. Its foundation stone was laid in 1926 by Nándor Rott. Not long after, the Neo-Romanesque building, dedicated to the King of Christ, stood. His altarpiece depicts the Last Supper.

Very nice church, tidy, nice surroundings. The interior of the church is also beautiful and well-kept. It is worth seeing both inside and out.

It is a beautiful church, although due to lack of time we could only admire it from the outside.

You can even feel the aftermath of the epidemic here at Mass. It is already a little freer during devotion.

I'm glad I saw it personally.
