Őrtorony-kilátó

A beautiful tower overlooking the Tinahy peninsula, with a view of the old lavender fields and Balaton in the distance. The trail isn't very well marked toward the top - once you get near the top of the hill and the trail splits left and right, go left!

Great view of the Balaton and of the peninsula with its hills and small lakes. In fact the best place to visit in Tihany and one of the best at lake Balaton. Takes 20 mins walk there from the road, 20 back, so don't miss out if you're in the area.

Outstanding view on the peninsula, the inner lakes and the lake Balaton, with a short, 30 minutes walk. Absolutely worth to see.

Very nice lookout tower with spectacular views to Tihany and Balaton. It was a great 10km circle walk around Tihany from out hotel.
