They're working really really slowly, wasting a lot of time thus you have to wait a lot for your turn. And there were not enough staff to meet the demand. Only 2, badly. But the lady on the 1st "place" was super sweet and understanding, responsible.

Critically underneath. If you could give a minus, I'd do it. Numeric display, number of waiting: 0 However, waiting for hours, the agents talk to the customers waiting.
